PHOENIX* is a 1985 MacGregor 65 Roger MacGregor's legendary ultralight flyer. At just 22,000 lbs on a 65-foot waterline, her narrow hull still outpaces cruising yachts twice her displacement, yet she remains manageable for a small crew.

She has just been re-powered with a 2023 Volvo Penta D2-75 diesel (75 HP, only 10 hours). The $60,000 asking price reflects the cost of that repower alone.

Recent upgrades: all-new Raymarine HybridTouch multifunction displays; most of the electrical system updated; sails replaced approximately four years ago and in good condition (battened mainsail and genoa); hauled out and bottom-painted in 2024.

Three-cabin, two-head layout with electric windlass and shore power. A rare opportunity to own an iconic American performance cruiser with her most expensive systems already renewed.
