1981 Moody 36, Center Cockpit Sailboat. Two state rooms, dual heads, fridge, stove/range, gps, radar, am/fm CD, 13 different sails, newer rigging, newer packing at prop shaft. Newer Max Prop 17 in thri blade folding fin, 35 HP Thorneycroft 4 cylinder diesel inboard. Boat runs great no issues. It's well used and I have a full log book of my 9 years of ownership. It's my loss, life has changed my plans, and I need to be honest with myself and say goodbye to her. But she will take you anywhere you want to go.

The deck hatches leak, but have always been covered. They need replacing, and the port salon window needs recaulking but has been kept up, so no interior damage has been done.

The boat comes with a sunbrella blue full cover as well. That alone is worth a mint. 300ft Rhode and 100 ft chain with anchor, wisker and Genoa poles, quarter birth, chart table, lots of storage.
