Hull recently painted like new in Flag Blue - the lower hull was finished with a coat of Fiberglass and an Epoxy barrier on top of that before bottom paint applied. Top deck had coaming painted white with non-slip as necessary. The Teak deck is in excellent condition, does not leak and looks great - recently cleaned and re-sealed.

The engine recently had a full service with replacement of the water pump and fuel-water separator. There is a new dripless seal bearing and new cutlass bearing and propeller. All fluids changed during service.

The standing rigging is in excellent condition and just passed a full survey - the running rigging is in very good near-new condition. The boat has new sails, the Genoa and main in 2014 and an additional new main in 2015.

Underneath, the cabin is in excellent condition with the leather cushions in main cabin in like-new conditions. The water and fuel tanks are clean and were serviced in 2014.

Overall this is a very clean, fast fun sailboat
