Burger Boat Company Completes Leadership Transition
Burger Boat Company has realigned its executive team as part of a substantial leadership transition. After more than 15 years as president and CEO, Jim Ruffolo has moved into the role of chairman. He will focus on long-term strategy and governance.
Nick Siler has been named president and CEO of Burger Boat Company, reporting directly to the board. Siler brings experience from senior roles at Modine Manufacturing, Bradley Corporation, and Enercon Industries.

It’s a privilege to join forces with Tom, Rich, and David in their new executive roles and work closely with our entire Burger team. Rich Thompson has been named chief sales and marketing officer. He oversees business development, branding, and product management. David Villar is now chief operating officer, responsible for the company’s shipyard operations and project delivery. Tom Connor continues as chief financial officer, managing finance, human resources, IT, and legal functions.

Burger Boat Company builds custom boats and yachts from 48 to 180 feet at its facility in Mantiwoc, Wisconsin.
